Abstract
|
|
|
Acute pulmonary edema was experienced during the operation of cardiac disease.
It was .developed with only moderate fluid loading during operation of omental abscess. High Fi 02 with PEEP, diuretics, steroid, dopamin, and digitalis were given immediatly. Full recovery was observed after 19 hours of intensive care.
